Turkish Spicy Pasta Salad

3 onions

3-4 green peppers

2 red peppers

2 pinches of parsley

1 pinch of fresh mint (dry mint can also work)

3 tomatoes

2 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1 lemon juice


The onions, green and red pepper, parsley and fresh mint must be chopped small and then placed in the mixing bowl.

Grate 2 cloves of garlic and 3 small chopped tomatoes and add them.

Then, add tomato paste, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, sumac, plenty of flakes and mix well.

Add an artsy touch and serve!
