TEYXO offers FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

ALL ORDERS are sent by DHL express so they arrive in 1-4 days worldwide since the moment we send them. We will provide a tracking number as soon as your order has been sent.

Since we do not have stocks, it takes us 7-14 business days to create your pieces with love and care, based on your measurements.

If you need your order by a specific date, let us know and we will make sure you will get it in time! We want you to shine and conquer the world as soon as possible!

Every item is CUSTOM MADE especially for you, so please provide your measurements when you place your order (bust, waist, hips and height). You can also check our SIZE CHART for further information.

Returns and Exchanges

All items are CUSTOM MADE especially for you at no extra charge. We can do slight adjustments to our own designs (we do not take any custom orders after photos or any design that is not owned by TEYXO®), but we DO NOT accept returns of customized items that are made for you with any other adjustment that CHANGES the original TEYXO® design!

If you have any issue with your order, please let us know within 14 days since you receive the package. We accept returns and exchanges, so please contact us so that we can solve the issue together.

The processing time for returns depends on the shipping carrier you select. We recommend using standard postal services, as express shipping can be more costly. Once we receive your package, we will process your request within 1-2 business days and ship your exchange promptly.
